Coronavirus (Covid-19), which is a respiratory infectious disease, has been recorded in more than 100 countries with 109 thousand confirmed global cases, according to the report of World Health Organization (WHO) dated March 9, 2020. WHO has raised the global risk level of Corona Virus from "high" to "very high" on March 2, 2020.
In this context, we have taken some precautions to protect you and your environment from the disease.
Students must not go abroad until the risk level has been decreased by an announcement of the World Health Organization.
Students who will go abroad due to compulsory reasons are required to inform YTB and their university administration to report their status and obtain permission.
Students in countries where travel restrictions have been implemented (China, Iran, Italy, South Korea and Iraq) are required to report their status by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org address in order to monitor scholarship pausing and dormitory-related procedures if the need arises.
Students who are currently in countries where Turkey has not implemented travel restrictions to and from, should also notify their status and current whereabouts to YTB by e-mail.
Students are expected to pay utmost attention and care to the personal hygiene and protection guidelines mentioned in the brochure below.
